What is the return policy?
Our items are handmade, most to order. We do not offer returns, unless we have got your order wrong or if it has been damaged in transit. Please remember that everything is handmade, no two items are the same and therefore colours may vary slighty from on-screen. Air bubbles do happen, but are a natural part of the Jesmonite charm and not a fault.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you should expect to receive it within 3 to 5 working days. Everything is shipped via Royal Mail and tracked.
Where are your products manufactured?
All our products are handmade in our home studio in St. Albans.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated depending on the items in your order. You will know the fee before purchasing. Please note we only ship within the United Kingdom.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
We use eco-friendly, recyclable packaging to keep your items safe and reduce our environmental impact.
